Can u help me?
So, I haven’t written for a long time, but I really want to say that I’m somehow tired, damn depleted intellectually and morally. All this time I just wanted to die. Yes, I understand that this is just a pitiful moan, sorry. I just do not know where to look for support. I have no friends and acquaintances, relatives and parents have long spat on me, but I so want to hear, see at least some support, I don’t want to think about death, I don’t want to die.

I can't help you and I don't know what's going on with you, but I want to express all the support I have. There are very, very dark times in life when there is no one around to listen and take your side, when the past seems terrible and the future seems bleak. And in times like these it's important to remember that you at least always have yourself. Please don't listen to anyone who says horrible things about you and makes you feel bad. They have no idea what destructive crap they're talking about. Take care of yourself, give yourself time to rest and rethink what is happening. Get enough sleep, eat, take a shower. It will be difficult to realize, but everything will get better with time, even if not immediately. Nothing lasts forever, bad times included. Take care and appreciate yourself. You deserve it.
